INGREDIENTS
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- q.s. pepper
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- slices swordfish
- q.s. salt
COOKING METHOD
- Wash the swordfish slices and dry them with absorbent kitchen paper. Put the oil in a bowl, the peeled and crushed garlic cloves, the oregano, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Place the fish to marinate in the mixture for an hour.
- Drain it and cook it on the hot grill for 4 minutes on each side. Transfer it to a pan, sprinkle with the marinade and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve the hot fish decorated, to taste, with parsley and lemon slices.
