- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 100 grams Flour
- 200 g Bread crumbs
- 100 grams butter
COOKING METHOD
- Beat the veal cutlets (without removing the bone)
- Pass the cutlets first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs;
- Finally, fry the meat in a pan in which the clarified butter has melted.
