INGREDIENTS

  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • 100 grams Flour
  • 200 g Bread crumbs
  • 100 grams butter

COOKING METHOD

  1. Beat the veal cutlets (without removing the bone)
  2. Pass the cutlets first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs;
  3. Finally, fry the meat in a pan in which the clarified butter has melted.
